(1903 to 1907 / North Walsham, Norfolk)
Unfortunately, no details are known of this coach party standing before The Angel Hotel. It was in this hotel that George Edwards (later Sir George Edwards) founded The Eastern Counties Agricultural Labourers' and Smallholders' Union on July 6th, 1906, which later became known as The Agricultural Workers' Union. The Angel has been an hotel or inn for over two hundred years and its name was adopted by the North Walsham Football Club, which, founded in 1897, is the oldest amateur club in Norfolk.
